np, if epoch devs would just make an option to turn it off, you would be good ... (or just fix it so it does not see fall as tp, its really not that hard).

Having a problem with your script and the Earbuds script. When I have the earbuds script installed (uses customized onPlayerKilled & onPlayerRespawn files) your script will not load at all.

 

Is there any reason why? Anything I can do to make the two work together?

 

RPT's from client and server show no error's. Your script just doesn't load at all.

 

I tried putting your script ahead of and after the earbuds script in my init.sqf and it made no difference.

most likely caurse the earplug script is horribly written, with lots of unneeded commands and errors ... i have anther earplug script i wrote myself with adjustable volume, so i wouldnt know about it ...

 

i might put it here on the forum at some point, idk ...

I know my players would love your script, but I also know they'd miss the earplugs script.

Also,

 

I added myself to the "Donators" list in the spawn_settings.sqf.

_level2UIDs = [
	"76561197970729264"	//Canuck Brian
];
The donator spawn locations show up green now in the list, but when I try to select one it still tells me it's for donators only.
 
Any idea what's going on?

know for a fact, thats the reason ... i already know the script and it is horribly written ... its like a prime example of what not to do with arma 3 code imho alltho i try to keep my oppinions about that to myself (if im not asked about it), not to mention all the irrelevant code he obviusly does not understand.

Second, I had no idea that the UID's needed to go in both files. As a suggestion, could you make a dedicated  donators file that contains an array of the donator and registered users. It would make it easier for server admin's to only have to modify a single file to add new people to the donators list.

it was so you can seperate spawns and gear within donor/registered ranks or whatever you want, but i might do that at some point.

 

currently you will have to set it in both.

I have been pondering over this for a couple days now and can not find a fix. I have players getting banned and kicked from my server after selecting a location and spawning in the air. This is the error they get when they get banned

This issue was happening before I installed infistar and no clue what to do about fixing this. I also made all the changes in infistar along with other battleye filters i saw in this thread. Any ideas what could be up? I only have 3 scripts on my server A3EAI, This one, and Infistar.

Try updating your infistar to the new version 0170. Check your settings in run.sqf. I am using the newest version of infistar and my players are not having any issues or false bans.

 

If you want, you can send me your run.sqf and I can compare it to mine and see what differences exist. PM me if this is the case.

ahh so it is infistar. thanks. Let me try updating and seeing if that fixes things and if not i will for sure get with you to compare.

I am getting the same issue.

 

pretty sure this was answered before, dig and thee shall find ...

 

(ill see if i can find it too at some point and add it to the op)

Greetings Halvhjearne! Thank you sooo much for this fantastic script, everyone on my server loves it.

 

I do have one request / question. I am using this in conjunction with "ud.pbo" script that allows players to spawn an electric bike if they have certain components... I have the rest of that working except I cannot figure out how to correctly find the place in your script (and the correct sqf) to add in the code where I want to insert the items to the player once after they spawn into the world. :(

I tried to do it in OnPlayerRespawn.sqf but I'm pretty sure your script is deleting them, and I don't want to mess with it and mess it up, too.

When i go to the Spawn teleporter and want to spawn i get a RESOURCE HALV_SPAWN_DIALOG not found.

 

Did i forget something set?

why dont you just add these as items the player can select on spawn?

 

 

I thought of that, but new players to the server won't know to do that, so it'd be easier to just give them the pieces on spawn.

ok thx i read it and i understand it and i can now Spawn with Halo jump but only as Admin,

all normal players become a admin ban why?

switch off addaction check, however epoch anti tp is broken and will teleport your players back up in the air with no parachute almost everytime ...
