Finding Exact Position?

I'm looking to get the exact position to place a new marker but I'm struggling to find out how to find the precise position.

For Example.

 

Heres the marker for HeroTrader

I'm trying to find a program or site that offers it precisely so I can add a marker for Tikhaya City?

Stand in the location and wait 2 minutes for the database to update, then get your exact position from the database :)

You can also force an update by eating/drinking or taking pankillers etc

 

Alternatively fire up the editor and place an object where you want it, save it and look at the mission.sqm for your newly added building.

Done the first method. I'm looking in my database but could you be more specific where I could find the location? I've exported Player_LOGIN, Player_DATA and Character_DATA and I couldn't find it in any of these?
