Having issues with the epoch events, I don't seem to be getting my correct schedule timing the way I have it setup I should be getting an event spawn at 5 minutes and then another event spawn every 30, 5, and 20 minutes right? EpochEvents = [["any","any","any","any",5,"event1"],["any","any","any","any",35,"event1"],["any","any","any","any",5,"event2"],["any","any","any","any",10,"event2"],["any","any","any","any",5,"event3"],["any","any","any","any",25,"event3"]]; So with event number 2 it seems to spawn the first one around 5 minutes and then the other one around 10 minutes but it doesn't continue to spawn after the first two initial ones.

  3. Thought Id share something one of our members made for our event days. Pics. To get this on your server follow these instructions. Extract your dayz_server.pbo and make a new folder inside it called buildings. Download and put this inside your new buildings folder LINK Now find server_functions.sqf inside your init folder and edit it. All the way at the bottom add the following: //Custom Map Additions [] execVM "\z\addons\dayz_server\buildings\NapfEventZone.sqf"; //Event Zone for Napf - By Harkness Re-pack pbo. Re-upload Play. The Area is situated on one of the smaller islands just off the west coast.
  4. Hello, i would like to show mission/event announcements instead of my debugmonitor ( for a period of time). So when a mission or event starts, the debug should go away, and the announcement should be shown for a few seconds. Currently the event announcement is flashing up for a second. I tried to add "sleep 5;" to the remote-script, but it didnt work.   5. To all Epoch hosters and server admins. I would like to invite you to another TS session on Sat 19th June. I will open my TeamSpeak server up to all to have a chat about server hosting and administration. Our last session was very productive and we got a fair amount covered. You can read some notes in my follow up post here: I’m happy to change the day/time if that’s what we want. Just post your ideas in your reply. I have looked for hours and I find a ton of scripts for missions for chernarus everything I find does not list the steps to add them except for this one http://opendayz.net/threads/release-dayzchernarus-mission-system.12169/ that one is the only one that I can actually follow directions however it says to replace or add lines under lines that tavi epoch does not have other scripts show the scripts but do directions where to place them its just a mess of scripts could somebody please share a good mission system that would spawn loot boxes with AI protecting them like the dayzchernarus-mission-system.12169/ but with step by step instructions that work for epoch tavi PLEASE... I am not new to scripting but I am new to epoch and the event system

Hey all :) I've been banging my head against a wall for hours with this one, if anyone can help... many beans to them :D So, I'm trying to spawn zombies via an SQF file that I can call via execvm - I know the method I want to use to call the file, so that's all good... However I just CAN'T get Zombies to spawn :( I hunted around and found this script, which is supposed to work, however nothing happens :(: I wonder if perhaps the script is old? I checked the client side PBO for \z\AddOns\dayz_code\system\zombie_agent.fsm, and that file appears to be there - so is this correct? Anyone spot any errors with this file? Note: I got this file from an opendayz thread, and it used a sensor entry in mission.sqm - BUT I don't want to call the file that way - could it be my method of execution (trying to just execvm the above file, rather than using a sensor that execVMs it??? Surely not!) Any help would be seriously appreciated :D BTW - I'm running still at the moment, upgrading to later next week - not sure if that effects anything? (e.g. zombie spawn file).
