Is there a way to have AI fly the MV22 or C130? I would like to have them do it just as eye candy. I use both DZAI and WAI.

DZAI has air patrols. Haven't tried a non-armed vehicle myself, but I think it should work?

Might need to adjust DZAI_heliGunnerUnits to 0.

There's also the Epoch animated heli crashes

 

I swapped the helis to use bi-planes but any vehicle should work :unsure:  you can set the damage to low so if players shoot at them, they crash and spawn loot, high damage would be impossible if the vehicle was an Osprey or C130.

Once shot down players then have to travel to the crash site, It's a really decent script and fun watching planes fall from the sky.

I use DZAI and included mozzies and roflcopters in the heli list and the ai were seen flying them, so it should work just fine.

They hardly notice players on the ground (unless said player shoots and hits the heli), players in vehicles though is quite another story they are ruthless at times.

Also used WAI helis (for parachuting AI), i never ever saw them shooting at players or vehicles (gunners are always there ....).

Give the code of the heli you are using, I think I'm right in saying anything with _DZE doesnt spawn with ammo? so the helis can't shoot but not 100% sure.
