pyrofriendie80

Question

To fix 1.0.4b server error "this server is running a different version of the server side application" and HIVE not loading characters / db data,

Replace 64bit version of .dll with 32bit one from here... http://www.dll-download-system.com/home/m-dlls-not-system-/msvcp120.dll/details.html

Copies over Windows\system32\msvcp120.dll

and to be safe

Windows\sysWOW64\msvcp120.dll

I Found the info Here...

6 posts from the bottom :)

THANKS TuBz!!!!

Doesn't fix the issue.

I've downloaded the latest epoch server files and tried this multiple times, get the same results.. I've install the Visual C++ Redistributable Packages for Visual Studio 2013, moved dlls around, tried fresh installs of everything, including mysql (using xampp). Nothing works on my private box. Anyone figures this out, please post a solution.

The dll files are likely blocked, right click on them and goto properties and click the "Unblock" button.
