i cant get it to work. followed the install and it just crashes the server any help would be great, or maybe a walkthrough.

it would help others to help you, if you explained your problem or showed some rpt errors instead of just saying "i cant get it to work", nobody can possibly know what is wrong from just that.

also there is a walkthrough in the very first post of this topic, im not sure how you could possibly miss that or maybe you just expect someone to hold your hand while you install this?

random traders will work on any map, but you might need to add static traders if the map is not supported.

I installed the files and setup the battleye filters, but people are still getting kicked for "vehiclecreate # 0." 

This is the log entry.

30.08.2015 14:30:48: Fanny Bandito (their IP) ( Person's BE info) - #0 "SeaGull" 3:2 [23598,17997,23]

 

I double checked the BE filters and they're all good. I also tried to set 5 Seagull to 1 SeaGull and that didn't do anything. When I disabled BE it locked up while joining the Epoch Server. 

 

Anyone have any input?

Also for some reason in line 3 I also have

5 "SeaGull"

i cant explain what happens. the server wont allow me to get in and see what the deal is. i followed the instructions and when i start the server it wont allow anyone to enter the server, shows online but not getting any readings from acplayer, any help would be great

Also, people keep getting kicked when using these merchants.

This happens when you purchase anything. Once again, I double checked by BE filters and they reflect what was on OP.

ok i fixed the crashing issue, i can use the trader but no one else can, any ideas.

Hi, is there anyway to remove the default Epoch traders and replace them with the Blackmarket trader, because so far i have tried just simply removing the default traders but then
the black market traders don't spawn, i have tried just shuffling the coords around for epoch default traders, they still didn't spawn but they spawn fine if i leave the default epoch traders in there default position

Any idea's ?

yeah the logs didn't show anything strangely enough but i noticed my mistake, i was just simply removing the default trader code rather than commenting it out, thanks for the reply anyway man :D

Everytime i load my mission i get an error cannot load texture mpmissions\epoch.altis\trader\dkflagpole.jpg

ive looked in the folder and it has both dkflagpole.jpg and trader.jpg

seems to alternate the error between these files. i right clicked the files and made sure they are not blocked. and not read only.

I do use infistar

any idea?

Try setting the "7" to a "1" in scripts.txt on createmarker and deletemarker. If that doesn't work, I don't know. I'm knew to battleeye filters and help from the dev seems scarce on this thread.

I've tried what you wrote. But, does not work.

so i put    !="teMarker [format["HSBlackmarket_%1",_i], _coords];"    to the scripts.ext (line 39) and, oh wonder, it runns !

slowly I understand how the Battleye-Filters work  :-)

i suggest you start over and try with fresh files.

you obviusly changed something significantly, but who knows what you changed (except for you), as you did not post what changes you made to the script.

its kinda hard to know what you did wrong, with no information ...

this however is most likely caused by you messing up something for the static traders:

you should post such stuff here in the topic so others can possibly help you if they can.

besides that it seems to me like you neglected to read instructions and commented out a line that was not supposed to be commented out, also you added a bunch of locations for traders with no height, wich it actually tells you in the rpt, had you cared to read that:

To add rpg or other things edit HSPricing.HPP file

example

You add selling price and tax for item so if sell price is 5000 and tax is 0.5 then player can buy item for 10000
