DayZ server not showing up

I am unable to find my server listing when connecting to it. I am able to connect to the server, but when pinging the server in the server list it doesn't respond. I have tried connecting in Arma 2: OA Multiplayer tab, still doesn't show. 

 

I have connected the server before so I know it works. If you want to test for yourself the ip is: 209.239.123.21:2302

 

I have read many posts talking about how I should have this on the config file:

reportingIP = "arma2oapc.master.gamespy.com";

I already had this listed in there, so doesn't work.

 

Also, something new I found when starting the server I get this error:

GameSpy QR2 error: 5, No challenge value was received from the master server.

I have never gotten this error before, this recently started to show up. All ports should be open, it is running on a dedicated server.

gamespy was shutdown so there is no master server from gamespy

So what i have to write in this line?

reportingIP = "arma2oapc.master.gamespy.com";

And why gametracker says my server is offline when the server is up?

Dafuq is going on? can someone tell me why there are all these changes?

That sucks, there is always something that needs fixed on this game. I always seem to be attempting to fix it, this is the most annoying game to fix I have ever played.
