Need help with setting up my DayZ Epoch Server

I am trying to set up my own DayZ Epoch server for a while now and I have the server up and running (not port forwarded it yet)

and I would like to know how to:

-add custom buildings to my server, because I couldn't find anything that was clear for me on Youtube.

-install plugins/scripts like towing/lifting

-restart my server automatically every 6 hours (or 3 hours else if that's better for the server? I don't know.

-add god mode around the trader zones

-add extra trader zones

I'm really a dummy at setting up servers but I always and up wanting one, so please explain it on a dummy way too.

I'm running the server on my own computer, no hosting website, because paying is for dummies too.

Good luck with that, I hope your line has a decent upload speed, because it'll be very lonely on your server if you ever get it running :p
