I copied the new BE files in both BE and BE config, I changed serverfunctions, and everything else is set up neat and organized [copy and pasted] In my init.swf and descriptions. I have compared my BE scripts to the fresh BE scripts from the latest DL and still I get script restrict #2 for createvehicle. I really can't figure it out, and I don't want to take up your time so I can try another tool if I need to, but I'll post as much info as I can to help.

If the ordinance box is causing the kick it should not. It is in the exception for the battleye scripts.

 

Something from another mod must be messing with the tools. Have you tried installing the tools on a new server build and then adding in one mod at a time to see what is causing the problem? I am setting up my own server with tons of mods so I have to add them one by one and test them to make sure they don't break other mods. Some are really annoying and love to break things like Sarge AI loves to break my blood bag and tow/lift loves breaking my lockable vehicles. It is very easy to install a mod incorrectly so there is a chance one of your other mods is not done right.

Everything looks right, and I highly doubt it's another mod causing this issue. He's getting kicked for a script restriction, which is very specific to Battleye.

 

If so, try setting "BattlEye = 0;" in your server's config file and then restart your server. Then see if you're still getting kicked. If you stop getting kicked, then it's something with Battleye (as I'm sure it is), if you're still getting kicked, then... godspeed.

My thing is I feel one of the other mods had him change something corresponding to the battleye stuff somewhere. If he hasn't changed anything then he has a corrupt file but I believe he updated all of his server files a few pages ago so I expect it has to be a user change somewhere. Getting the same corrupt file is rare. Typically the checksum doesn't fail to begin with let alone twice on the same exact file.

I didn't realize you were using vilayer. These special hosts have their own setups for the files and even use their own antihack sometimes. There is a chance your problem is being caused by them. Have you contacted them about the problem to see if they know anything about it?

Ok~! got the latest version working again(I had derped out and forgot to add myself to my own adminlist....) and all is great, except 1 issue from before, it seems that vehicle god mode is still stuck on, regardless if i toggle it off or not.

 

I will look into this again tonight, but I played with it yesterday and it worked fine for me. Are you using the main branch or the new test branch?

I saw someone before me with the same problem. 

 

It is just strange that everything else works but direct i use Admin Mode it starts to do this.

 

For now install Version 1 https://github.com/gregariousjb/Epoch-Admin-Tools/releases

Try each individual item and see what causes the desync. Admin Mode enables multiple things. If you use this version 1 you can find out exactly which one of these things causes the problem because they are still separate. Version 1 is the original tool type. Version 1.5 is the one that combines options into the admin mode.

how would i go about completely disabling the flying script so that my admins cannot use it, it seems that this is the script that is lagging the hell out of our server

 

 

also godmode while in a vehicle is still not working, tested again, this time i was on an atv and played chicken with a ural... i lost, crashed an a-10 and died, and also after spawning 200 littlebirds on the ground using the temp menu, then blowing them up with a satchel charge and standing in the middle of the entire lot seemed to kill me as well (go figure :P )

The flying is default off for the admin mode. If the problem happens when turning admin mode on then it has to be god mode, car god mode, infinite ammo, grass off, or player esp. I didn't think about it but if you make everything default off in admin mode then you can try each individually that way too, but if it still happens when turning it on then it has to do with admin mode not working right.

And i did just try to turn everything off as defualt. Then i turned Admin Mode on, and started to test, and when i come to flying, it started to desync..

There is some changes in flying in 1.5, so i dont think this desync will come if i try to fly with 1.0

Let me know if there is a difference with that. I will look at the code soon to see if I can find out what is wrong.

 

Looked in the file and the only big change I made was that I added a variable set that kept the user from being overburdened. There was an issue where I would become overburdened while flying around. This fixed the problem, but might be causing the desync problem. Go into the malfly.sqf and delete a line at the bottom of the file that reads 

player setVariable["unconciousTime".....

Just remove that entire line and let me know if there is still desync. 

 

If you see earlier, I posted what I did earlier today. I used the "restore code" option in the vilayer control panel which puts me back at stock Epoch NAPF server, no mods in it and completely clean filters.

Ya it has to be vilayer then. If stock install does not work it has something to do with the base files you have, which would be the vilayer files.

Tried updating a few times but we get real bad desync, have reverted to old version just before admin mode was added.

 

Apparently desync is caused by flying at the moment. This will be fixed. Make sure flying is set to default off in AdminMode.sqf and you should be fine. I have found that a bit of lag is caused by the way player esp works and it will be repaired in the next update. An earlier owner of the tools had written the file to update constantly so long as it is on, causing huge desync and lag when using enhanced esp and the same problem exists in player esp, but was much smaller problem.
