==INSTALLATION==
1.Extract the mission rar to your desktop.
2.Open your Epoch.Altis folder and drop the mission folder into Epoch.Altis.
3.Add this line to your init.
//Mission []execVM "mission\call_missions.sqf"; And you are done :D
I will update Battle Eye filters as soon as I get them currently have not tested on a BE protected server!

I've made great progress. Ai now fire back and what not. They also stay and the missions spawn with the help of a loop and some other stuff. Nothing on the mission.pbo side and well. It's pretty much nearing a "stable" state.

Inpenetrable bases miss the point entirely.
They will also create in unsustainable amount of objects on the server.
There are other suitable solutions, and I'm putting those at the top of my list now.
It's ok if you don't believe me or have faith in the fixes, but jumping to the worst possible conclusion as a solution is not the best ideology.

Just wow, raymix your comment is so true. Players like this are embarrassing to the game they want everything handed to them, yes bases can be destroyed, yes vehicles can be stolen, yes you need to find a maxi-pad because apparently its the time of the month for all you players acting like bitches. Bugs are one thing but this is just being a whiner!

Another idea, traders dont have to be people.. you can spawn in a laptop or anything for that matter. Just need a custom fnselfactions.

and change the line directly underneath it too:

then change MAP_vending_machine to whatever you want to interact with and replace the AI in your servertraders.sqf/mission.sqf with the same.
In the mission SQF completely remove the AI template and use a building template from the cave and change the classname and coords to your liking.

Indeed. Extremely high end choppers is all he sells. He is a neutral trader so anyone can interact, but I have AI all around him, and they constantly attack him, providing a distraction so players can sneak in and get some kills before the other AI notice. I could move the trader, but then I'd have to make him humanity based, and, add a second one.

Just wanted to throw shout out for Vert Hosting.
I cannot say enough good about these guys. I've used a lot of companies in the past, some good some bad. Most recently I attempted to run 2 servers "Overpoch" on Survival Servers..... Yeah I know, should have listened to all of you. In short they are terrible, they are thief's, and their customer service is non existent. I'm currently in the middle of a PayPal dispute with them as the 2nd server took 3 days to be created, and after a week it never worked i.e. it was hard down. I kindly asked for a refund and was told they do not give refunds lol.
Anyways, I switched to Vert and couldn't be happier. James answers almost every ticket or email within minutes which is amazing. Survival would take 2-3 days and usually the reply was that they will get to the ticket soon.
SurvivalServers.com = thieves. Do not host with them. Learn from my mistakes lol.

I'm hoping ya'll could help come up with a strategy for protecting missions using WAI from Snipers.
Currently, a good sniper can clear a mission by himself. This should remain possible but I'd like the AI to have some tactical response to the threat. Some of my ideas include:
Detect players out to 1,000 meters and drop paratroops on them Add a very small number of AI Snipers with increased skills (would require special skill level selection) Drop paratroops on them as they enter the camp to loot Have a number of AI come out of hiding as they enter the camp to loot
I am not sure that I could code the first or second idea but the other two are easy. My question is, can you think of any other ways of addressing the problem? I want the missions to be fun and challenging but not OP. I don't want to just increase the skills and use aim bots, that's no fun and is cheating IMO. Perhaps someone could help by sharing how to detect the players world space and then using that as a variable in the drop location of the paradrop script?
