Server connection problems: Some can connect, others can't

I made an Epoch Server and I'm hosting it via my computer. I forwarded the needed ports and two friends with the same router (Fritzbox 7490) can

find the server and can connect. Two other friends can't even find the server. What's the reason?

@nidico100 they try to find your server trough  arma2o game browser?

or try this link, use filter by country... maybe your server appear.. any way before let your friends looking for your server, you connect and join wth your server

Sounds like a filter issue to me.  In arma 2, by default, you will only see servers with a max ping of 100.  If your friends have higher than 100 ping that would explain why they can't see your server.  Tell them to check their filter.
