Battleye is not giving my players a guid

When I type #Battleyeguid into chat it tells me

 

My GUID:

 

Nothing after that. Just blank. I saw some threads here about this, however, after reading, I realized that my problem was a bit different. It seems that Battleye isn't handing out GUIDs.. (If that's how that works) When running infistar I can't see players guids or anything. Any thoughts?

uninstall batlleye and delete all remnants on the server>reboot your server>update BE via steam!

@Fuchs: Ok, So I've uninstalled Battleye and have deleted everything Battleye related that I could find. Now you said reinstall through steam. How do I go about doing that? This is a dedicated server, so the game will not launch passed the initial checkmark loading screen.

Verify the cache and then launch the game.exe (not server.exe) and any missing files will be downloaded.

Ok. It reinstalled battleye but I do not see the battleye folder in my arma2oa directory. Where does this install to by default?

 

EDIT: Never mind, I found it under Expansions.

I reinstalled Battleye, still no guids. What am I doing wrong?

Update: I can see my guid on other servers. So it is definitely not client side. Also when I type #beclient palyers, it shows me the list of players but guid is just a 0. Any help is appreciated.

Really need some help on this. Downloaded the latest dlls and placed them in every battleye folder that I could find..

I got this fixed. It was because my Start.bat file was pointing to my arma2oaserver.exe in my dayz server folder. I changed it to point to arma2oaserver.exe in my arma2oa Steam directory and it started handing out guids like nobody's business.
