BEC Scheduler not working -----Resolved-----

What I did was replaced my Bec.exe and Bec.lib with ones that I found online. Which is Bec.exe V 1.608.  As soon as I started the server ALL Scheduling Task loaded. Let the server run and the restart came and happened . The server restarted without a problem.
