Pretty much its only going to be hero accessible making it hard for new players to get the cheaper and better gear. I'll post picture and the uploads for you guys later. Basically what i want to do is create a super hero trader with a humaity level of 7500. I know how to change a trader from neutral to bandit or hero. However i dont know how to create a new level.
