How do I allow building without a plotpole?

Hello, I am making progress on my server, I've added several scripts and removed weight limiting. I am trying to figure out how to remove the requirement of a plot pole in order to build. All I can find is how to make them required. Any help please?

DZE_requireplot = 0;

 

in your mission init file

 

place it under the other DZE_ stuff

 

 

If you install this it would be even better

 

because no plot pole leads to others stuff like godmode base etc
