The answer for the slow traders was to make them config based via SQF instead of using SQL for them. It could be coded so that a SQL table is only needed to store inventory quantities. Querying or writing a single number value is way quicker than querying item name, item class, tid, price, etc.

Please make it so that we can set the max amount of objects/storage built within a jammers range. I guess this would also have to be so that only 1 jammer can be placed within each jammers range too other wise it would double/triple and so on. Big groups on my server either go overboard or just get bored and build random shit and take over the building limit on the server. With Having only so much space per jammer and a limit this should fix some of the issue that high pop servers are having.

You can't ask for "clientside fps" because there is way too many variables to consider for that. my epoch server is runnning "alrightish" but have terible fps.
its like when you hit around 50 players the server performance just drops hard.
We are using tbbmalloc.dll and -nologs but that does not seem to change much really.
Server spec:
Intel® Xeon® Processor E3-1270 v3 (8M Cache, 3.50 GHz).
SSD drives.
24 GB Ram.
Dont really know how to improve it further. And people can hardly ever find a vehicle there isnt really much spawned on the map besides those silly ferris wheels that seem completly pointless :D -

Always use the init.sqf provided with the download and add the right exceptions to Your BE filters.
Don't mix them up or You will get Be restriction kicks or unwanted behaviour of the AI and probably brake some of the eventHandlers too.
Just a little update:
I have made a few successfull test runs with the new (fixed) v0.7, tweaked the AI becaviour (they now get their targets individually assigned) and also added a 3 step punishment if people run over AI with their cars.
1. AI does not drop any weapons and all gear is removed, so nothing to loot.
2. Tyres get damaged (slow car = easy target).
3. If You run over the last remaining unit with Your car then...
I go to sleep now, will make more tests tomorrow and release it on friday maybe saturday.

Just a suggestion. Instead selecting some coordinates let the engine find a position and make it map indepentent ? I´ve made a test on the stratis map seems to work pretty well

For anyone who's interested I have put up the version of Lootspawner I am using which is set up as follows:
This version includes the additional buildings for Chernarus, plus additional buildings added here:
I have modified the loot so that:
Explosives have been removed.
Aircraft hangars spawn only metal scraps, circuit parts, engine oil, energy packs and vehicle repair kits
Industrial places are the place to find building materials.
Hospitals are now the only spawn points for medical items.
Supermarkets and pubs now only spawn food and drink.
Offical spawn items (items that you have to search) still spawn everywhere with the default loot.
