Epoch Panthera - Vilayer Help

Hello users of this wonderful community!

I recently bought a server from Vilayer with Epoch Panthera on after playing the mod and map on another server for the first time.

When i started it up, i quickly realize that it is missing alot of important modifications that i want.

I want these scripts into my server.

-Self-bloodbag

-God Mode at Traders

-Custom loading screen

-Increased helicrash spawns

-Admin tools (admin abilities: Teleport, God mode, invisible skin etc.)

-Deleting garbage/barricades from the roads

-Heli lift

-Vehicle tow

-Missions (Building material missions and normal AI missions with small reward)

Can anybody help me out with tutorials so i can implement these?

For admin tools i'd definitely check out infistar.de.

I purchased it the other day and it's brilliant. Very easy setup and even easier to use.

As for the other scripts i'm looking to add most of those myself, but haven't gotten to it yet.

I am trying to get the refuel/repair/rearm script that Axe Cop posted working, but I haven't managed yet.
