Bad file format?

I keep getting his problem, i've gone through these instructions https://github.com/denisio/Dayz-Linux-Serverand then this one https://github.com/emestee/dayz-epoch-linux-server-magic .  And I still can't figure out why, someone said something about uppercase files but i've used the tolower several times.  Anyone know a solution?

Very old object loaded.
