Stuck Connecting

Hi guys.
formerly I had this problem , but miraculously worked.
Today I am with server 1.62 epoch /0.3.9
Already set everything up and the client does not connect .
Anyone know how to solve it?
It's all set up just right .

Check out your server log files. Normally you can find the reason there.
