I keep spawning with no clothes?

I'm new to arma 3 epoch but am a veteran arma 2 epoch player. I simply keep spawning with no clothes and cant find any.please help!

This is intended, you're now basically a clone, that's why you pay death tax as well.

There are plenty clothes spawning, usually each town i enter i leave after trying 3 or 4 outfits on, you just have to look.
