Take permanent vehicle ownership

I think it should be a really good idea.

 

Atm you can store a car in a garage but how can you store a chopper? It is so easy to steal.

 

Since it is a game in the future i really like the idea of a chip (like doors working now + you can share with your group). 

 

Vehicles spawned in the map should not be lockable, but when you buy one it should :)

 

After all how it works now is just terrible, unlocked after 30 min? Give me a break...................... :)
