Freezing HUD icons

After installing some mods my hud icons freeze in the last state. For example:

 

When i shoot (or lose blood) my combat icon is red and not blinking, my blood icon not changing when i losing blood, bleeding is not showing, same situtation with noise/visibility icon.

RPT logs are quite clear and no errors about update gui file, rsc titles.

Have a look at your client rpt. those usually show errors about the gui
