Noobs need help

Hey guys new here been playing epoch for years but finally a few guys and I from work decided to get a server.  We now know we aren't ready for one because we don't know how to bloody edit anything,  looked everywhere on basics couldn't find anything.

So before we shutdown what we have started is there any where we can get dirt basic tutorials on how to add and edit scripts plus where to find these...  

We want to have better spawn rates, different vehicles,  different guns,  configurable survivor/zombie spawn rates and have a custom hud maybe even a custom spawn area where you can choose a load out and destination?
