Finding vehicles

Hello,

 

I'm new to Epoch on Arma 3 and so far it's awsome! I've played a couple of hours on 2 different servers (both Altis map) and so far, I haven't found any vehicle. 

 

1) Do vehicles spawn on specific locations on the map or is it random?

2) Do traders sell vehicles? If so, are these traders randomly or specifically located on the map?

Randomly but mainly round towns :)

 

traders sell what they have been sold by players, So yes if one has been sold :)

Vehicles spawn near roads (little or big roads doesn't matter), some traders may have vehicles, some may not, it depends if people sold them to traders and if they did, also admin can delete vehicles from traders after every restart but it is different on every server. Join servers with increased vehicle spawns if you find it too hard finding in vanilla version.

I'd say don't look in the towns directly.. go out of the towns and look along the dirt roads.

 

 

Best thing to do is find a pair of binoculars and go up on a hill and look around using them.

 

 

The Salt Flats of Altis in the north east use to be a good spot since it's so big and wide open it's easy to spot a vehicle or chopper
