Arma 3 Epoch Chernarus

Hello everyone seem to be having troubles moving from Arma 2 to Arma 3 with getting Epoch Chernarus to load done everything right but does not seem to work might be doing something wrong but am not too sure followed all of the instructions on all websites and still does not want to load the map maybe someone here can help me and show the right direction
