need help installing group manage on already modded server

I have most of my scripts installed already. The only one giving me a huge problem is group manager. I followed the instructions verbatim and i get stuck on wait for host. If anyone would be willing to help i'd very very much appreciate it.  Thank you!

If you could post your client and server .RPT log files it would help pinpoint where the problem lies

sorry for the late reply, we got group manager and most other things figured out. only thing really acting weird now is vectors, but i made a new post for that.
