I have this Problem by starting the Server:

Your launch parameters don't include @Epoch or @epochhive

Remove the quotes from the mod list :

./arma3server -BEPath=battleye -config=sc/config.cfg -cfg=sc/basic.cfg -noSound -mod=@Epoch;@epochhive

Also inside @Epoch make sure it's addons and not Addons, no capital A

"Epoch: Server DLL mismatch! Current: Needed: 0.5.1.7"

That means the .dll file you're using did not come with the server files, when you change the server files you must also change the .dll file.

epoch_linux_startscript.sh check

and create the symlinks and other items needed ? seem you have an error writing to the profile dir.
