    Wouldn't it be easier just to add it to the config.cpp in a3_epoch_server_settings.pbo?  :huh:

    M107 sounds and accuracy has been fixed according to AWOL.

    I just read about the upcoming change that will lock vehicles across server restarts and that got me thinking. What about an option to only allow persistent locking if within range of an owned frequency jammer? This would prevent griefers from just stopping at every vehicle and locking it, to prevent anyone else from having vehicles.
     
    Maybe have these settings: Allow persistent locking, Vehicle lock time and Require frequency jammer for persistent lock.

    The problem is you charge way too much, don't even bother asking the author for permission and don't share the money you earn installing other peoples work.

    It saves enforcing building rules, players would take over military bases knowing all the loot that spawns is high tier, this will stop it :)

    Having keys is an admin nightmare. "I lost my key", "My key randomly deleted." and blah blah blah. The current system refreshes vehicles and keeps the server cleaner.

    The key system was a nice design for it's time, but it's a server nightmare. The new system is so much better. You will never keep a helicopter, just accept it. But there will be a lot more in random fields for you to find.

    yes it's some reimbursement there but it still
    - causes loss of energy level
    - causes loss of hours live stat (loss of immersion)
    - causes loss of cargo in vehicle
    - waste of time.

    I don't think this game feels like an alpha - it's more of a very playable beta+ in my book but this is the only game ruining issue I experience.

    I hope it's gonna be dealt with quickly.

    it's not so much an issue, we're just voicing our concerns is all. A 300m radius on any map is a pretty big area to prevent loot from spawning, is what we're saying.

    To that note, i hope in the admin panel there could be a way to show where frequency jammers are built? (Incase we need to remove them for that reason)

    Also when you get help, make sure to pay it forward. I've been helped by both Machine6fd and Matijs, which are two great guys for a source of knowledge. I'm sure i've told them both a thousand times, thank you!
