I believe you can do this:

DZAI\init\dzai_config.sqf

Go to Line 172

 

and set:

DZAI_dynamicWeaponList = false;

Go to:

DZAI\init\world_classname_configs\default\default_classnames.sqf

Check the items you want the AI to spawn with, repack and upload and you should be good.
