HelloI am a customer of GTXGAMING.CO.UK and they installed ESSV3 for me but when i log in i dont get to choose loadout or spawn location, I have edit so I can spawn on plot pole and group members

You have multiple errors in your client RPT, there's a script that is broken:

As for ESS, it is a working install with no problems, I would think you have messed up or missed an install step.

Ok, so weird thing. When spawning in with selecting the area and then halo spawn, it just right away spawns me in the middle of the ocean and then i get this same error as a previous post "AI Drivers not allowed".. not sure why its not working. I have gone over the install 6 times now and nothing is missing, everything is in it's right place. Any idea.

I'm at a loss on this one atm,

nothing changed in the essv3 configs.
nothing shows in rpt log.
The dialog shows up for both alive and dead players upon login.
however the class and spawn selection both are empty.
hitting ESC does allow the normal login.

latest infistar is running,
verified all file placement and file changes.

Any ideas on where to look to fix this?

You'll probably spot the error in the client RPT file. (if your unsure of where to find that check my signature) :biggrin:

There was literally nothing about it in the server rpt log... (nothing in client rpt log either)

Turns out though that it was actually due to a corrupt pbo.

I repacked it with cpbo and now it shows properly. I normally use pbo manager.

@Anyone,

What would cause the option to "Open Chute" to disappear from the scroll menu 1-2 seconds after leaving the plane on Halo Spawn in ESS (other than already hitting the ground in a puddle of goo)?

Nothing is shown in either RPT's

Installed as directed, Checked, double checked, triple checked.

For the life of me I could not find anything wrong causing this issue on the server above.

So, I just started putting together a brand new server, Only thing installed is InfiSTAR and ESSv3.  Still not getting the option to open the chute as soon as It kicks me out of the plane. 

No errors in either RPT

Ok, This is really weird.

I think I somewhat solved the mystery and brought up a new mystery. 

If I have this line in "...\spawn\config.sqf":

halo_type = "AN2_DZ"; // Type of plane. Tested with C130J_US_EP1_DZ, AN2_DZ, MV22_DZ. Use "" to disable the plane and use regular HALO.

I could not manually open my chute. But, If I change it to:

halo_type = "C130J_US_EP1_DZ"; // Type of plane. Tested with C130J_US_EP1_DZ, AN2_DZ, MV22_DZ. Use "" to disable the plane and use regular HALO.

Then it works fine. 

I tried the same thing with the MV22_DZ and it does NOT work either. Only the C130J class of planes work. This was tested with my admin and NON admin account with the same results.

I use the c130a a short time, and walks I did not have this problem.

My config

Infistar's antiteleport is kicking in. As far as I know the only way to fix that is to disable the antiteleport. I ended up changing the config and replacing the name of the plane with "" so they just paradrop instead. When I disabled the antitelepor and flew them in the planet, some players reported their legs breaking in the plane, so the regular paradrop was the best solution to me.

Im using just halo myself with no issues when players die and respawning.

Im not using any antiteleport i think. Admins can still teleport ok.

You referring to this:
