DayZ Overpoch (I need a bit help with 2 little things)

So basicly what i want to do is increase the car spawn rate on my server, if someone can tell me what i can do to increase it would really help me.

Second question is, Custom ICONS. The "Blood/drink/food/detection icons" How can i change them?
