BEC messages

Could infiSTAR be blocking the functionality of my BEC messages from my scheduler.xml? I'm not sure what else it could be. On a fresh install the messages were showing up fine, but after adding infistar and my other files it doesn't display anymore or lock my server. If anyone has any insight into whats going on I would appreciate it. This problem has been bothering me for awhile.

Edit: Issue resolved.. Like 90% of issues it was something I overlooked.
