I have the exact same problem, always instant kick with Epoch_loadFailed=true and there is mission selection screen when server starts. Also publicvariables.txt doesn't get edited. Watchdogs and BEC is running correctly and rcon admin is able to log in with no problem
Have also feeling that the SC\config.cfg doesn't load properly. Doesn't take max players and server name from there anyways

The stand alone engine is garbage. Arma III Epoch runs way better than the stand alone.

It's a fucking alpha. The mechanics aren't going to be 100% and its a work in progress. Every single post you have made has been negative and honestly probably doesn't matter since all u do is play on hacked servers with wonky mechanics.

We are not distributing anymore whitelist keys or passwords and our servers will likely become public again after the next Arma patch 1.32 and A3 Epoch patch 0.2.

Bear is already in the game data, not in game though. Has been for a while now. With epoch mod on you can go to the editor and see the item list, even spawn some stuff.
