dayz epoch
Arma 2 DayZ Epoch 1.0.6.1 Didn`t work

I did the installation according to the instructions. Basically this is not my first server, I put the server back in 2014. But now for the first time I encountered a problem that can not be solved by any of the methods known to me. The problem is that the server does not want to start the database download (I've set it up for this).

It can't connect to the database because these things are done in the dayz_server and the files for this one aren't found which you can see here:

So what i need to do? I did all right to make it connected. I Put in to MySql user Root without password, and create a database dayz...

Okay, next time please post this issue in Dayz Epoch Q&A or general section that guys that want to help you know what you are talking about. I thought, you want to install dayz vanilla.

I would suggest a more up to date version of an install video. The steps are the same but there are some changes from 1.0.5.1 to 1.0.6.1.

Vanilla is the DayZ Mod only, without Epoch.

DayZ Mod is the official modification for ArmA 2 that brought zombies to the game. Epoch is a modified version of dayz to implement traders, more vehicles and weapons.

But this same thing i gues, Epoch mod and original DayZ have same instal method... I am tired to f*ck with this pice of crap... Server just don`t want to start like normal...

YOu have this problem as dmrelentless say cuz its not the same thing... you need the dayz_server.pbo.. that is why your server cannot start..

check this file DayZ_Epoch_instance_11_Chernarus.bat

      Hi folks!
       
      I'm trying to move the Vehicle Spawns for Traders, Especially Klen and Bash. Seems like the vehicles spawn right next to the trader that sells vehicles wondering how on earth do I move them!
      As far as I know.. you add the "HeliHCivil" but apart from I dunno how to link up the trader to that spawn
       
      Any help would be great! Thank you
