If you do the Kangaroo island mission the loot boxes there have a chance to have satchel charges in them. And there are ten loot boxes on Island. I have often come away with two satchel charges per visit. They can also be crafted with scrap and grenades etc as Richie points out. If you look on UKGZ forums under video you will see a couple of examples of us doing the Kangaroo Island run. Most of it is able to be done solo if you are careful. Good luck blowing the doors off!
