[Suggestion] Lockable Floor Hatch Upgrade

I'd like to see a flooring/ceiling upgrade that creates a hatch in the middle of the floor with a third tier upgrade to a lockable hatch. And then we would need craftable ladders created. Making it targetable by a player on a ladder could be tricky.

 

It would be nice to eliminate all those bulky staircases on the sides of buildings and the exploitive garage door on its side "elevators".
