Epoch mod not recognizing controller

The issue is this,

 

I am using the Logitech Extreme 3D pro joystick. Arma 3 recognizes it and I  can use it in games like normal Arma 3 and Breakingpoint. When I play the Epoch mod it does not work. It does not even show up in the controller menu of the Arma 3 options while in the Epoch game play menu.

 

Not sure if its a bug or intended.

 

I play in Mells house server

Im up to latest date after Arma 3 update (few days ago)

 

This was happening prior to the heli update as well.

 

I can complete the flight missions, training, and virtual lessons with the joystick then move strait to the multi player Epoch server and there is no joystick listed anymore.

Have somewhat the same problem.

 

Launch Epoch: OK

Play Epoch: OK

As soon as I dare to click on 'ESC' -> CONTROLS -> The game doesn't detect my joystick anymore and I have to restart the game.

 

Whatever the prloblem might be, it seems to be in Epoch only.

Are the guys using them using drivers / profiles for them?  I remember it was always a problem when you did. I would never install software from Logitech for example, and just let the game / Windows sort it.
