    I've been wanting this feature for quite a while but always forgot to mention. Basically when you place a stud wall in front of you and want to upgrade to metal or whatever, it will upgrade on that side that you were looking at when you initially placed it. So if you went behind a wall and wanted to upgrade to that side, the metal will be always facing the different side, that side which you placed. It would be a nice feature if walls were upgradable from different sides, like the ones you are looking at and not from that side that you placed them. Hope it makes sense :D
     
    Don't know if it is possible to code that, but it would be a great feature to have.

    The new stair model still has one big flaw however. It dumps you out at the top on one side and the doorways are always center so it can be problematic to get through a doorway if you want to keep the stairway 1x1. So to me the new stairs only are a 50% fix over the old ones, the other issue with them being the stud beams in the way at the top of the staircase making you have to vault to get off them.

    it is not a community based thinking about asking a question, get the solution and then do not post your way how you solved it. If any other have that problem, they have no solution. So just write HOW you solved it, please :)

    It maybe too much but we wanted to get feedback on this way as it now also takes into account your fatigue level and food and drink are plentiful. Allowing a config multiplier to be able to modify overall loss could be added for next patch.

    vehicleLockTime = 57600; <------- This is in seconds

    Can I suggest that the cap for Epoch Groups be increased from 16 players to 24 or 32? 

    We have a decent sized group that play at different times & we constantly have to remove and add players when they get on/off so everyone can play. 

    Also can you make it so moderators (or a new tier) can remove players from the group & set plot poles so its easier to manage the group. Its a pain when you have to wait for the group leader for almost every action.

    Just some suggestions. 

    If you dont have a large group then this doesnt effect you. 
    This is just to help out the larger groups out there.

    That question can go right to the admin/coder of the server.
    It's easily modified for your group in the database.

    Get Redis desktop manager, search the group leaders uid, go into group and modify the 16 to 100.

    I've done it before and it works fine.

    Satchel charges, not explosive. 3 explosive charges = 1 satchel charge.

    I believe if you attach a charge to an object it will do more direct damage, not personally tested and it would require a script addon. Also not tried attaching to a door before.

    With the recent barrage of new supported maps and plenty more to come.
    Could we get another Forum Heading for Supported Maps and a subforum for each map.
    Would be very organized for those wanting help or looking for answers concerning a specific map.

    Base epoch Traders since 0.3 will now spawn your vehicle on the spot of your smoke grenade if thrown within, I think 50m of the trader, a chemlight will also work.

    Otherwise the community trader script will spawn the vehicles on the heli pads....

    If you like a game enough to play it and come back to play it you should learn more about it or ask a decent question about your issue rather than pound sand. Or if you don't understand what pound sand means.... well I'll yank that comment out.

    Hope I answered your what should have been a question concerning an issue, on top of that the community you played at should have been more than willing to help you out with your issue, and if not find another community.

    SO heres an Update.
     
    I was working with axemans idea to make a new class for the weapon and make a new gun with the same model just a new texture.
    I am planning to make a few skins and then ill release the first skinpack.
     
    What i have so far:
     
    1. Figured out how this crap works :D
     
    2.Made the AWP | Lightning Strike Standalone


     
    3.Added AWP | Boom.

    I think the part you are missing is that you are testing it, lets not forget that if you run a server you are testers and Epoch is still in Alpha. As far as testing experimental we have had 0.3.0.4 test servers open to the public for everyone to test well before release and as a result we caught many bugs with Epoch and Arma 3 that did get in fact get fixed before both releases. We welcome more people to get in and test the experimental branch, please join us next time.
     
    If you have not already tested this, re-enable our vehicle simulation handler and that will be just like it was in 0.3.0.3. The issue you might be seeing if you have this disabled is that Arma 3 netcode still cannot handle the sheer number of players, vehicles, and objects you are running. Our vehicle simulation handler does work around some of the client fps issues at the cost of server fps and I would say that these issues with glitching need to be consolidated and reported to BI as most of the reports seem to be related to Arma and not Epoch.
     
    If you truly think these "gltich" issues are Epoch only issues and not Arma then please reproduce this on a clean epoch server that I can join.

    You have to remember that Epoch are a really small team, Awol does the majority of the coding, Axeman does all things Ai/antagonist.
    All of which is wrote from scratch for no money and they have jobs, family life etc

    This thread is about finding a good host, you just look for excuses to say your thoughts on Epoch, when did the OP ask you for that ? do keep on topic please, make a seperate thread if you have questions you want answered.
