Zombiemeatspin
Previously you could vault through pretty much everything. Now it's people crawling through everything or peeking under a floor. Metal walls, metal doors, cinder walls, etc.You name it people got inside your base and stole your precious loot yet nothing was destroyed. So far the only way I found to build bases to be glitch free is building elevator bases or floating bases where you have to move the set of stairs far away from the entrance. Basically, my question is, is there a way to fix this in the next version of the mod or is it an engine limitation? Can the collision mesh of the object be slightly larger than the actual models and textures in order to fix the problem? Could there be a way to kill people trying this current exploit of the engine limitations? For me this is a huge problem right now and it might become a huge deal breaker for many dedicated players that like building bases and store loot. I know this problem has been around for a while but I really hope it can be fixed in the next version.
Tywin
Apparently it will be fixed for good in the next patch.
nedfox
^^ this. You can sink walls into the floor.
SPIB0X
Apparently it will be fixed for good in the next patch. Do you have a source for this? And an explanation how it will be fixed? I mean that in a non-skeptical/snobby way, im genuinely curious about where you got this info
Suppe
road to 0.3.0.... but nothing from anti glitch :( but i hope it is in 0.3,.0 )
CrazyMike
Most traditional ways of base glitching seems to be fixed in the 0.3 version. Base glitching however will always be a challenge, just keep reporting exploits in the exploit section of the forum and they will be hopefully rectified. Brez
I still think Tank Traps and Wire Fences would help. It was a technique I learned in A2 when watching videos of how to protect a base. It stops players from getting to the wall to be able to glitch through it. Wrap the bottom of your base with traps and wire fence and the problem is solved for the most part.

itsatrap
Use infistar there's an anti glitch system in and it works on all epoch materials ZENITHOVMAN
Zombiemeatspin
That's not true, Infistar or not people get through with the crawling exploit. And even with sinked floor people will still be able to glitch through the cinder/metal doors like they do. I've caught more than 1 guy inside my base trying to glitch in or out of certain areas and there is multiples layers that they got through. Long term solution was making 3 sets of elevators to protect the loot piles. I've tried it on my own base to reproduce the bug and it works with all material except the cinder walls not upgraded with metal and electronic components. DrScandalous
For my base, I've been throwing wooden wall frames underneath to prevent them from getting underneath it to begin with and also putting ramps/upgraded walls against the side to prevent them from getting close to the bottom as well. So far, so good.
