The ammo can be found in the world and you can add it to the trader if you want. I know that my gun doesn't start with ammo and on server restart it doesn't refill it's ammo so why should the vehicles.
The time for unlimited ammo has passed.

I wish my character restocked his ammo after a restart.... Then I could just sit in my outhouse I built and snipe Bambi's on the coast.

Come on people, don't complain so much about the changes to vehicle ammo.
Before it was free lunch and ridiculously favouring those kiddies who don't sow but only want to reap.
Now you have to invest some loot time / gold in it, and some brain: noone forces you to add more than one clip at a time to your vehicle. Reload the car only when you expect to expend the ammo, keep the spares in your inventory. Should be an educational exercise in tactics.
On our server the players use armed vehicles mainly for grieving civilian cars, helis and infantry. Nobody 'needs to fire from the vehicle', everybody wants.
As for 'Players won't bother to loot up a reload', in my experience those favouring armed vehicles are not the looting types, anyway, except you mean looting the bodies of their victims.
Any admin has the possibility to set the prices for the ammo, so there you have the parameter you can twiddle with if you really 'need' vehicle ammo, e.g. against AI.

5. We are always looking into different way to prevent this. The reason behind this is to fix a major dupe issue.

11. The trigger is still the same, there was an issue with animations happening causing the zombies to not attack a player that didn't spawn that zombie.

You have a 75% chance to unlock a locked vehicle. The item is super rare. This can mainly be used to fix up and sell those long lost locked vehicles instead of just blowing them up. Or stealing another players very nice ride :P
The ammo will spawn in the world as loot. It can also be added to the trader if the server admin/owner wants it to be. Both spawned in and purchased vehicles will start with no ammo.

Lets not start calling people out. Stay on topic.
I don't see a problem with them holding onto files because it means they can keep a streamlined vision of the game and wont be running into servers that have been modded so much you wouldn't even want to call it Aftermath.
And about the donations thing, even I donate to Epoch. It doesn't matter if you do or don't. What matters is that you support the mod in the best way you can.

On ours which is full nearly 24/7 with a lot of database items, the improvement is amazing. I can't believe that destroyer caused so much fps lag!
I will christen her the HMS Framerate, may she sink :lol:
