What anti-hack products disable function keys? (F1, F2...)

As per topic, just wanna know which anti-hack products disable function  keys - any input much appreciated.

Thanks. Do you know if it's infiSTAR the one which display a message when a Function key is pressed? Message is something like "<key disabled - often used to start hacks>" << not exact wording but something like that

Yes it does. Displays message in the middle of screen and disables player movement/actions for 2 or 3 seconds.
