Why not just dress your AI on clothing that players either can't wear or more than likely wouldn't wear. My server I have A3AI in scientist clothing or you can use this simple but very good script by IT07

This concept was originally created by me for ArmA 2 DayZ but now it is here for ArmA 3 too :) Enjoy!

WHAT IS THIS?
This script is a very simple one-file installation which can be installed into the mission file.
It will then show fully configurable credits to any player that gets ingame. If the player does not want to watch the whole thing, they can skip it using the scroll menu.
The scroll action for skipping the intro will automatically remove itself after the credits are done showing.

When looting our lootables with animations it can cause a memory crash. I've sent the report to Dwarden and he is looking into it.

OP updated to reflect initial release
Base Donkey Menu included with hotkey F4
Crafting Menu Included/ spawning of vehicles server side pbo not included at this time.
Currently Present:
Possum / Suicide / Earplugs / Surrender and Crafting
3 WIP buttons which 2 of them are already being tested(Temp Groups and Selectable Status Bar)

Updates in progress for release early next week:
- spawn mines at missions that are cleared when a player reaches the crate.
- static anti-vehicle launchers can be spawned at missions.
- players are penalized for running over AI.

Keypress and scroll menu are coming back due to the finding of a more stable and ah-friendly way of opening the menu with scroll and/or keypress

So some work has gone in to provide 3 menus depending on who you are.

and the now previewed new GUI to follow suit with my crafting and donator
The Donkey Menu v.2
This is in the editor so some of the styles and transparency are not yet turned on.
However I have incorporated the temp groups into the menu now and will be testing the surrender script here soon.
Hopefully all goes well in the next couple of days and I will make an initial release

A3EAI 0.6.0 has been released on Github: https://github.com/dayzai/A3EAI
I've just set up a batch file to automate the update process, I don't have to manually copy files from my dev folder to Github folder, so future updates should come out faster by a few hours/days.
If upgrading to 0.6.0 introduces new problems, roll back to 0.5.8 since that version seems decently stable.

I have had numerous other people suggesting this so I will probably give it a go. And probably a better version of the existing script will be coming as well because I made this in like 10 minutes and could be done better if I give it some more time :)

Just updated seems to be working had a small BE problem was getting script restriction #60 changed _sMenu to !="'createDialog'SC_sMenu'" working fine now.
