    I can confirm it is the path in the safezone script that was overriding it...smh.. lol

    not sure if that matters since it is compiled on both, i have tested it 20 minutes with like every possible way of the vehicle beeing in/out of the zone with player in it and not, putting a plot next to the vehilce, removing a plot which is near a vehicle and what not, all works as it should regarding to positive/negative checks

    For your understanding:
    The bigger the caliber -> the bigger the recoil
    It would be absolutly idiotic if a 20 mm gun (normally used on vehicles or planes) has the same recoil as a M4.
    Such weapons are not for bursts or something! ONE shot ...... and then move.
    About the scopes ....... ever hear from mil-dots? A good sniper knows where his weapon shot ...... a bit up and right, maybe down and left ........ he leads the target.
    Thats the differend between a wannabe sniper and a sniper who knows what he did. Realistic even ..........

    Going to be locking this thread as it has become toxic and support questions should be directed to the appropriate forum threads. Maca has updated DayZ Launcher so now there is nothing really else to say. Understand the dev's did ask for two weeks. Maca said 24hrs. Not the devs call. So please direct your opinions elsewhere. 
    EDIT: Maca has extended the removal of 1051 till the 17th on DayZ Launcher. Please go and Thank him!

    *edit* @LunatikCHis correct, If you are trying with vehicles spawned via infistar they won't have the vehicle getout event handler on them but server spawned (i.e purchased/restarted) vehicles will.
    I could get into a base with spawned vehicles from infistar but the server spawned ones wouldn't let me.

    At the end of the day it's your server and your life,  if you don't feel it worth it to update,  then don't; I'm not here to tell you that you have to update, just that old versions of Epoch are being removed. Either way, best of luck with your endeavors

    It was plenty stable enough to have a test server running during that time. And going from 106 to 1061 was really easy except for a localhost snafu I missed. "and most didn't bother"  that's their fault. And because you have limited time is not the devs fault. And if this change is going to make your community die then it wasn't much of a community to begin with.

    106 was stable, there were a small fixes comming up from time to time which could be easy implemented, beside of that i have no idea what you imagine to call 106 unstable, used it from 2 days after it was out, all was fine.

    Took me 2 hours to go to 1.0.6 > 1.0.6.1 and most of that was battleye filters.
     
    I'm going to stop arguing about the changeover, I think it's all been said now, I'm sorry you guys feel like we have let you down but we only want the best for this community.
    I'm always available on discord (@oiad) or in here via pms for help regarding changing over.
    I would really recommend you set up a blank 1.0.6.1 server, have a look at it and see what your most needed mods are and work from there.

    Considering how long 106 has been out. Server admins had plenty of time(months) to start the migration to 106. As with every release before you should have known this would happen eventually and the old version would be pulled. I just don't see how this is such a surprise to everyone.

    You guys act like just because it won't be on DayZ Launcher your server will disappear. You know there is an in-game browser in Arma. Or you could do like so many in either create a launcher or use a bat file to connect.  Back in the day everybody was bitchin about not getting an update sooner. Now that you got a great update you are still bitching. Alot of the work has been done for you already. The guys did a bunch of work in their free time to bring Epoch up to the latest dayz code and implement new features and bug fixes. And calling it 106 "trash", what a fucking moron.

    I had my 1.0.5.1 server converted in a few days to the "core mods" that I needed, it took me weeks to get everything back to 100% while mod authors/community authors updated things.
    I ran my server during this time and players understood that things were going to be a rolling update, they didn't care.
    Why does your server need to be 100% straight off the bat?

    Epoch 1.0.6.1 has been released, please see the release notes in the announcement post: 
     
     
    Additionally, in the interest of moving forward, maintaining a single code base and a cohesive community, we have decided that in 2 weeks DayZ Epoch 1.0.5.1 will be removed from DayZ Launcher. In this time server owners should work on migrating to 1.0.6.1, many of the mods popular in older releases have already been updated, if they needed to be. Otherwise, do not be afraid to ask the community for help updating your addons in the Q&A section.

    The main code base was never going to change though between 1.0.6 and future updates. 1.0.6.1 was always meant (and widely said) that it was a hotfix, nothing ground breaking change wise.
    You could have been getting your server ready in the mean time.
    Also, it really doesn't take too much work to convert things over since a lot of the mods have already been converted for you by the community.

    The devs have always said coins are a user mod, which I understand,I also think it would be a good addition and solve a lot of issues.
     
    Though, it's not that hard to install it for an admin.
