EpochZ: Bandit Country

For epochz, I keep getting BE kicked for addweaponcargo restriction #0. Apparently any weapon/equipment I try to pick up is restriction #0 except for the ammo. What is the filter needed to stop this so I dont have to add every single item to the .txt file?

and the error upon entering the server: No entry 'bin\config.bin/CfgWeapons.acc_flashligh'.   is also annoying.

You have to add every single weapon to addweaponcargo.txt, if you don't want to remove this file (not recommend).

The No entry message comes, if in any loot is a wrong itemclass defined (in your case 'acc_flashligh' instead of 'acc_flashligh(t)').
If the message also comes up witjout any missions / loot on the server, a player has already taken this not defined item and put it in his storages. Then it is hard to find and remove it...

"arifle_TRG20_ACO_Flash_F" was the last addweaponcargo.log entry and I dont see that anywhere. The weapons at the crashsites are kitted out....Hopefully this will work by adding the weapons and items from the zmissionloot.sqf file. Not sure if its pulling from elsewhere. Solved by adding filters and patiently waiting for the server to comply with the updated addweaponcargo.txt file.

Also the flashlight wasn't an issue until WAI was installed this morning so, I guess that's a different thread. Still ongoing but will get it eventually.

After removing DS_Houses and CUPS Core (couldn't get it to work), message no longer appears. Could be nothing.

I was right, removing DS_Houses and CUPS had nothing to do with it. Errors back. It comes and goes. I'll figure it out eventually.

After several restarts and several days the updated 'addweaponcargo.txt finally worked. Not sure why or what changed but I've saved my database and entire server folder structure in case something goes sideways.

The first line is dying from infection after 30min then getting kicked when the 'respawn' option appears. The rest of the lines are from being killed by a horde of z's and getting kicked when the 'respawn' option appears.

Hey Grahame

just to let you know that as of the 10pm restart this evening (NZ time) I & weasel have been unable to get as far as the lobby to log in - although we were playing in to the previous session.

The server seems to have been a little squirrely of late as well! & I'm sure you are already aware of the now floating nature of the trader at Bash.

Sorry to sound as if im complaining - just missing my favourite epoch game

For epochz mod, what is the easiest way to get Z's, Military AI and Survivors off the same team? I don't know how to use spawners. I'm hoping to be able to modify a setting within the mission sqf or something simple. I was under the impression Survivors wouldn't shoot you unless you engaged them first. Z's don't attack anyone but players. I'd like to have the Survivors neutral to players but Survivors, Z's and hostile AI against each other. It just makes more sense when I'm up to my eyeballs in an AI $h!t storm that when Z's roll in, they attack the AI and me, not just me. I know I've seen a post on this somewhere but couldn't find it again.

Hey Grahame, just wanted to let you know that the Epoch Experimental mod updated a couple days ago and I don't think the server has updated to it yet. Or at least it hadn't as of last night.

Love this server though, great challenge of staying alive with all the Zeds and AI roaming around, and also trying to avoid all the missions so that the mission-specific AI don't engage!

Since I have massively reduced the default epoch allowedVehiclesList, the crash sites no longer have vehicles or loot. I assume the loot is dependent on a vehicle spawning. All I have are floating balls of fire with pillars of smoke. Is there an allowedVehiclesList file in epochz that I need to modify so the mod will know which vehicles to spawn with the crash sites?

Or am I posting in the wrong section because this would be the AE3 addon that has the crash sites?

*Ok, so it is EpochZ addon for the crashsite issue. However loot does not actually populate, only the pillar of smoke and ball of flame. There used to be random burning vehicles with loot around them. The crash sites are loaded and I don't see any errors on server restart:

** I have not modified anything dealing with the epochz addon.

      Required Mods
      Ryan's Zombies and Demons: currently using COS to spawn the Zs, though there are also native spawns around the map with more to come. Normal infected in urban areas are walkers, the spawns are fast Zombies so watch out.
      CBA_A3, CUP Weapons, CUP Units, CUP Vehicles: it's 2025 with 2025 weapons and vehicles. I've completely overhauled loots.h for CUP but not increased the loot spawn chances.
      CUP Terrains Core: for upcoming map changes and the ports of old Wicked AI missions.

      RDS Civilian Vehicles: primarily for the deployable bicycle but you also get a load of old favourites including Thomas the Tractor and the excellent Yamaha TT650!

      Hellenic Armed Forces Mod (HAFM): for all those nice Greek uniforms and vehicles. 
      NI Arms All-in-One Mod: All the weapons and attachments from the mod are available at the traders and spawn as loot. 
      Scripts
      A3EAI: with vehicle and helicopter patrols. AI patrols and spawns replace the default Epoch antagonists (apart from the Epoch UAVs and subsequent militia if you don;t shoot them down). The AI will interact with the Zs and vice versa.
      SEM, BlackEagl's and WAI Missions: all with weapons, equipment and loot customized for CUP and including SEM Convoy missions. And yes, there is the WAI Nuke mission. If no one's dealt with that before the timer expires run like hell
      DayZ style Helicopter Crash Sites: with reduced CUP-based loot.
      C-130 Supply Drops, guarded by AI and with CUP-based loot.
      Deployable and packable bicycles and unarmed mozzies, so long as you have a Tool Kit (available in starting gear) and the other build parts (just Vehicle Repair Parts for a bicycle).
      New buildables at your base including working Portable Lights, a Sink and Field Toilet (both are water sources), Razor Wire, Watch Tower, various Sandbag Walls, Fuel Pump, large and small Camo Nets, Loudspeakers, a Burn Barrel and an ATM.

      Halv's Repair and Reammo Script, rearm and repair your vehicles in the repair shops at gas stations

      All players are BLUFOR, roaming, dynamic and mission AI are OPFOR, infected are RESISTANCE allowing the interaction between the Ai and infected - they will fight each other when spawned together. No building restrictions, build where ever you want 150m Jammer range 7-day base maintenance 48-hour vehicle locks 4 hour restarts, day/night cycle PvE or PvP, your choice (but remember the AI and Zs will be after you too) The only safe zones are the five marked on the map (north, south, east, west and central). Everywhere else on the map is a free-fire zone so stay frosty, and alert.

      Given that President Stacey Smith's husband, former post-Fall CINCLANT and Secretary of War, Steven John Smith is a naturalized US citizen hailing from Australia it came as no surprise that the first reclamation efforts in the western Pacific were targeted to reduce the infected presence in the land of his birth. Given the size of Australia this was not an easy task, made only more difficult by the presence of renegades who'd survived the Fall and incursions from other nations, especially China and Indonesia, who were slowly recovering their own lands and looking for more pleasant places to call home in this Fallen world.
      As always, trying to continue to develop and expand the feel of John Ringo's Black Tide Rising universe into the future. Our third ARMA3/Epoch server features Vanilla ARMA3 and Apex weaponry, vehicles and equipment on an incredible and huge map.
      This server also operates as a test bed for the EpochZ team. We have listened to those demanding more realism in the zombie apocalypse and as a result this server features the use of ACE3 in an Epoch environment. This is a work in progress at the moment but most of ACE3's functionality is up and working. We are fully engaged in implementing ACE into the Epoch environment and would welcome feedback to help us get this completed as soon as we can. Relevant Epoch equipment (for example, GPSs, Rangefinders, First Aid Kits, etc.) are fully replaced by ACE equivalents (we are using ACE's Advanced Medical System, with everyone permissioned to use it) in loot tables, ground and mission loot and we're working every day to make the integration of ACE and Epoch as seamless as possible!

      Hello,
      I'm Dan also known as orangesherbet- haven't been active on these forums for some time but I've been a tester and supporter of Epoch since the early days in 2012.  More importantly, I've made lasting friendships with the development team and surrounding community of Epoch Mod. With the release of version 0.5, I wanted to organize an event that would bring all of us together to celebrate the time we've spent playing, testing, and developing (I'm not a dev) the mod!
      The event itself will take place on Chernarus, where everything started!  We will have several activities for participants including a race from Kamenka debug line to NE Airfield,  a melee arena, demolition derby, "Tower of Terror" built by community developer and friend SLI, stunt contest, fishing, and base building!  
      I'll be hosting the event on my stream and Discord, but I do want to make it clear that this event is about the celebration of Epoch Mod's development and not a promotion for my stream or Discord server.  I would recommend participants join my Discord server as that is where players will be welcomed to chat with each other and the admins to help us stay organized and have fun!  Feel free to leave the Discord server at the conclusion of the event if you wish.  We do have another Epoch Event in the near future and I will share that information with everyone once we have a date set!

      I'm really not sure whether this is an Epoch problem or not but I've not seen a bug report covering it on the CUP bug reporting system and I thought I'd check here first before opening one there.
      If you get in a spawned CUP AH-64, repair it up and then turn the engine on the rotor immediately breaks. This happens when you are clear of all surrounding terrain that may break it. I haven't seen it happen on other helos which may suggest that it's a CUP problem but I just want to check whether that's the case. If so, I'll report it on their system.
      P.S. I have reported the issue of the CUP L85 silencer not being able to be attached to the L85A2 to them and the issue is being fixed for the next upgrade.
      EDIT: looks like this was a CUP issue. Bug assigned on their tracker.

      Does anyone know if its possible now with 0.3.8 to change the uniform configs so all uniform's can be worn now and used, like CUPs and Tryks uniforms.
