Trader Issues

I started an Epoch server on my Home server and I am having issues. When I get on the server I try to use the scroll wheel when im at a trader and it doesn't have anything come up. Does anyone know whats wrong?

I guess it has just been a while since ive played epoch, I forgot we don't use scroll menu anymore for Traders
