Not that I am aware of, what are you trying to achieve ? You can use createUnit and disableAI to reduce the overhead of the unit but it is still a unit.

Fps is fps as we know it, Diag_fps. cps is cycles per second, as invented, I believe, by Fred and his monitoring tool.

Client FPS and CPS. Both don't always drop together and CPS is dependent on what FSM is doing at the time. Question is, can we agree that one or two 'bad' clients can cause issues for everyone, server included?

Is it established that clients with really shitty fps/cps are dragging the whole network down. Maybe introduce fps/cps limits along with minimum ping. I remember the days of high or low ping servers..

So only assign affinity to even numbered cores? Or is that an example?

Can we clarify the benefits / usage of -enableHT. My first question would be what difference does it make when hyper threading is disable in the bios (if available), is it chip architecture or bios setting that is important ?
Have had a reliable report of going back to -cpuCount on a hyperthread enabled server being more beneficial.

can you confirm a drop in network traffic at the same time ?
The reason I ask is if the sapper, as a unit / agent is broadcasting his whereabouts as he receives a new target location.

Do you have enough space for the mod. It will download once you are subscribed on the steam workshop. The Arma launcher can be used to manage the download.

Give us a clear report and will be happy to help :) is it FUMS ? Certainly seems to be helping from what I have read.
The traders inventory, as far as I am aware and will check, shouldn't add to the amount of spawned vehicles as they are, well, trader inventory and not spawned vehicles on the map.
At some point during the loading limits will be hit, currently each part is spawned in its own thread, I expect that may be optimised at some point but for now it certainly makes for quick server loads..
it may make for some unpredictable orders upon load but general limits should be adhered to.

Get it installed, find a server then play.. Probably the best way to help right now.

Has .pbo been associated with PBO Manager ? Am using v1.4Beta, works ok on Windows 8.1.
There are some Context Menu Editors out there that will allow you to create your own.

I am curious only to combat it. If griefing is considered to be camping a static spawn point then we can add a method to combat that. Feedback would help..
Edit: any personal harassment via speech or chat should be stamped on immediately by server admins. If someone feels harassed on a server or forum then please report it using the report facility on this forum.

They having issues I think. Not had a lot of time recently with work and latest addition to the brood.
Planning some dedicated time to get this sorted and updates for the missions soon.
