    Here what I did and appears to be working like a champ:
     
    I pulled all the endLoadingScreen; I had put in my init.sqf.  I then midfied my copiles.sqf
     
    Reoplaed this line:
     
                if (dayz_clientPreload && dayz_authed) exitWith { diag_log "PLOGIN: Login loop completed!"; };
     
    With:
     
                if (dayz_clientPreload && dayz_authed) exitWith {
                    endLoadingScreen;
                    diag_log "PLOGIN: Login loop completed!";
                };
     
    So far seems to be working before I did I would restart be able to login.  Then I would log out and hang on restart.  After the change I was able to log out 3 times in a row with out disconnecting.  Then I discounnected and was able to log in with no issues.

    Insertcoins, with the utmost respect, I have to say I disagree whole heartedly with your view on this.
     
    Too many people 'put up' with things rather than strive to improve on them to make them better for all in the future. Putting up with more and more things, adding more and more workarounds gradually just dampens the spark and eventually too much for something to survive.
     
    I work in the licensed fintech software industry in a customer facing capacity and I have seen many small companies with great software lose because of an attitude like, 'just tell the customer to work around it'. I especially hate the workaround of horrible spam messages 20% of players read 10% of the time. I mean, it doesn't get much more reactive than that.
     
    Arma2oa is licensed software, we all (certainly should have) paid for it. Now don't get me wrong, it performs, in terms of speed, better than 1.6.2.103718 did but, it has a lot more issues with clean up which leads to FPS and stability problems where things are just not getting cleaned up properly.
     
    In answer to your question about parachutes, I have highly configured ai missions so, it depends on which ones have spawned in my 3 hour restart cycle and whether players have triggered the AI para drop, so could mean anything from 0 to about 50.
     
    Anyway, we are sort of having a pointless discussion because I originally went to 125408 and saw massive improvement on 112555. All of the above were sorted out and FPS was wonderful. Can't speak for the even later patch as I never got there. I had to turn back, like many because I just couldn't hack the loss of player base. Incidentally, and slightly off point, after the week I spent on Steam, when I came back I saw 80% of my player base return and all they said was "What happened to the server? Why was it offline for a week?" They just don't know how to find servers without DZC and DZL hasn't got the coverage yet. They literally thought the server had just gone....
     
    As I mentioned earlier, I don't mean to have a 'ding dong' with you as your posts have been very helpful to me and I'm sure lots of others in the past but, just felt I have to get my point over.
     
    Us admins/producers put up with stuff because 'we get it', but players/users won't because they don't.
     
    Come on Dotjosh! Lets get DZC back up to it's lofty status of the Primary Epoch enabler!

    Dev server is on port 3333, steamport = 3331, steamqueryport = 3332;
    You have to enter the steamqueryport port into the Steam server viewer to get it to display

    Hi mgm, have you tried breaking the squad apart and making more than 1 AI spawn block?
     
    This would then give more RPG's as the current setting gives 1 per squad and doing this should also fix the commanding issue.
     
    So instead of 1 squad of 20 make 4 squads of 5 or 5 squads of 4 etc..?
     
    I know when I did this on another system it sharpened them up a lot and there were a lot more RPG's flying about if players tried the run over trick. :)
     
    Just a suggestion, I can't confirm this will work until someone tests it.
     
    I haven't installed this system yet as I'm still ironing out some issues with my 112555/1051 version combo. Tbh, I'm probably going to end up waiting until dotjosh can get 125548 on DZC before I add anything else heavy on my server as 112555 just can't hack it.
     
    But, intend to install this as soon as I can.

    Sorry, I haven't read any WAI specifics about this.
     
    DZAI has this feature and looking at DZAI\compile\ai_death.sqf and DZAI\compile\ai_setup_loadout.sqf I assume it should not be complicated. I'd simply try to
    add _unit addweapon "NVGoggles"; below _unit addweapon _weapon; in compile/SpawnGroup.sqf, add _unit removeWeapon "NVGoggles"; to compile/ai_killed.sqf and hope they'll be using them.
     
    Let us know how this works out.

    Since the update of Epoch to 105/1051 there have been a lot of players reporting that they get stuck at the load screen on servers that have updated which, includes my server, GoG's World.   Also, since we went back to arma2oa version 1.63.112555 (non Steam version but still on Commander), some players are having problems joining even though they have that version installed.   If you follow these simple steps, on servers with this version combination, both problems are resolved 100% to our knowledge:   Stuck at Loadscreen? On your PC, go to \Users\yourname\AppData\Local\ArmA 2 OA\MPMissionsCache and delete everything. These are just cached mission files and will be downloaded each time you join a server. (Unhide this folder tree if it is not there by selecting show hidden files and folders in folder options) (If you still cannot find this try searching for the folder name) Restart your PC Rejoin the server through either DayZ Commander or the multiplayer lobby of arma2oa   Keep Getting Kicked Trying to Join? Go to DayZ Commander settings and uncheck the 'Launch Using Steam' option in 'Steam Options' Join the server again using DayZ Commander If the above didn't work, reinstall your arma 2 in Commander EVEN if it says you are already on version 112555. Rejoin the server using DayZ Commander   As I mentioned earlier, these steps above have worked in 100% of reported cases on my server. Depending on which problem you are experiencing, please follow the steps above exactly.   It would really help the community if you or, anyone you know who has read this and tried it, whether it worked or not, could please report your/their feedback.   I really hope this helps a lot of people.     Good luck!
