Unable to Set Difficulty

Question

My server is not receptive to any difficulty changes I set. For example, below in Administrator.Arma3profile third person view is enabled. However, I am not able to enter third person after logging into my server.  Here are all of my relevant files.

Thank you for the reply, unfortunately, that did not work for me. When I started the server, it actually loaded a vanilla arma 3 configuration (did not load any settings from my CONFIG_Vanilla.cfg). I am going to revisit this issue, possibly a typo on my end? For now I have solved the issue by setting the difficulty to Regular in my CONFIG_Vanilla.cfg. I don't believe this will cause any problems with the epoch mod, as far as I can tell. If there is a reason why I should not do this, please let me know. Thank you!
