I have changed the DB instance to my instance number and have commented out the few things I don't want (refuel, self blood, lifting/towing - will add these later, just want a few of the self actions and the extra "cities" for now) and can't figure out what is causing the problem. any ideas? Try using a fresh copy of 1.2.1 and ensure that you can bring up the server without commenting anything out. Xecutioner Posted July 15, 2013 Report Share Posted July 15, 2013 I use dayz.st as well .and I can confirm that the 1.2.1 will leave you at a black screen as your loading..,I only changed the instance number and uploaded...the fix for me was to load the older server pack's server pbo and I was able to load in correctly.but I removed it and reverted to the entire 1.2 in waiting for the epoch update Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

It looks like something got wonky when you made your changes. I found a solution on opendayz wich can be found at the link below. http://opendayz.net/threads/release-dzai-lite-dynamic-ai-package.11116/page-6#post-58103 I followed that step by step and it worked right away for some weird reason, anyways im happy it works and hope it can help others fix there issues. I forgot to add the step for updating BE. Same steps as my previous write up. Yes, i am running 1.0.1.4. Yes, I did copy over the BattlEye filters. I then had the script restrictions. 82 & 126. But now, when logging in I get stuck at requesting data. Also tried changing the skin my character was using in the db. No worky. The setup on this stuff couldn't be easier and I mess around with it all the time and rarely have problems or something I can't figure out. But this one is kicking my azz. I need some ideas. Humaine Posted July 15, 2013 Report Share Posted July 15, 2013 Hey Bungle, I've just installed your Custom Pack to my server and it works brilliantly :) I've just got one question.. is it possible to add the watermark option to your pack? I had it added on my original config of epoch. I tried adding the necessary bits and pieces, but I get a server error message when I do. The error involves the "RscTitles" class, which is already being used elsewhere in your scripts. Sorry if this is something basic... I don't know much about scripts and sql. Make sure you copy the battleye files from the zip file you downloaded with the pack into your server's battleye folder. Should create an exception for the script. rac Posted July 16, 2013 Report Share Posted July 16, 2013 Hi All, We're trying to get some custom vehicles to come in, but I'm having trouble adding them to the hero trader. After some trial and error we figued out the hero traders tid and got MH60S's to come in (we use these as unique admin vehicles. But others we try break the trader. Second, Ive now got my 1.0.1.5 Epoch server online with the 1.2.1 Pack, it starts up and loads just fine, I'm able to login and am able to tow stuff, and see the admin tools, i've spawn'd a car without issues, but the teleport menu seems to either not work, or i may very well be doing something wrong. When i select the teleport option from the admin menu, it show's stuff on my map, but from here im unsure what to do to acutely teleport? this is my first time messing about with these kinda tools, so im unsure as to what to do after getting everything shown on the map? One thing i did notice about the teleport option is that when i exit it again (without teleporting) it says "removing stuff from map" and does just that, if i then go into the teleport menu again, it will double up on adding stuff to the map, rinse repeat and all of a sudden i have 5x marks for one car/heli/whatever on my map. TuBz Posted July 16, 2013 Report Share Posted July 16, 2013 Latest pack 1.2.1 and latest epoch 1.0.1.5.. seem to work fine together.. Admin etc all seem to work.. I have noticed that over use of the admin system while testing did result in "admin tool" appearing more than once in the menu a few times.. but all options seem to work still...is it just me but MV22 and auto gyro's fire up but never seem to lift off since the change?.. or did i miss something changing on how to fly those? Ive download your dropbox files and loaded up your mission scripts. Ive noticed some of the mission scripts are 99.9% exact match from the ones I made for my dayz.st server. My name has been removed and replaced with yours. Ive got my original files to backup my claim. So did both of us manged to make the same scripts, with the same buildings in the same exact position.
