[0.3.7] Locked vaults glitch

Thanks for the post, FYI This should not be needed come 0.3.7.

 

Tested much, and still found the same ways to avoid (EPOCH_Locked) variable state of the vaults. 

Result: I am still able to violate access of the locked vaults via inventory glitches.

My advise still to use this fix:

Using infistar? Then, that is your Problem! Infistar ignores the inventoryopen eventhandler from the game and overwrite it with the old one

Just if you are clever enough to run the old version of infiSTAR with new server files

Its no clever using outdated infiSTAR.

Im gonna check this once again, I think I had even met this on vanilla server, not sure.

If thats positive, then Im gonna post this to infiSTAR instead.
